• What currency are the prices listed in?
  If you select Canada in your contact area, the prices will be listed in Canadian dollars. For all other countries, the prices are listed in US dollars.
• Do you ship internationally?
  No. At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We will have international shipping soon.
• Do I have to enter all my résumé information at once or can I come back to it at my convenience?
  You can come back and edit your résumé within the day, but remember to select Continue before you exist the WOWresume site or you will lose your content and formatting.
• How do I save my changes?
  Press Continue at the bottom of the screen where you area working to save your changes. This will take you to the next screen. If you want to add more information on that screen, you can select the Back arrow.
• I'm having a problem adding my attachments, what should I do?
  When naming your attachments, keep the name simple without any special characters (for example, !@#/).

Software Requirements

• What software do I need?
  If you have purchased either the downloadable version and/or the editable version of your résumé, you will need software that enables you to extract and open a zipped file.
• What software do companies need to view my WOWresume?
  A 'Flash' plug-in. Most computers already have this software installed (98% of Web browsers have the Flash plug-in), but if a computer doesn't have the plug-in, your WOWresume will prompt the user to download and install it. If you want to send your résumé to an employer as an attachment, the employer will need a program that can extract a zipped file.

Purchase Options

• What is the difference between the different purchase options?
  If your looking to purchase an online résumé and you would like to be able to come back and edit your résumé, purchase the "download" and the "editable / Web hosted upgrade". If you would like just one copy of your résumé and you don't want the ability to update it (including the ability to correct spelling and grammar mistakes), purchase only the download. If you want personalized mini-CD plus individual sleeve covers, order packs of CDs.
• Can the downloaded version be burned onto a CD from my own computer?
  Yes. The downloaded version contains instructions on how to burn the files on to your own CD. You can make as many copies as you like. Remember to include ALL the files.
• What is the storage capacity of the mini-CD?
  51 MB
• Do you provide the "swf" files?
  No, but when you purchase the download and the upgrade, we will host your résumé for 1 year.

Updating My Résumé

• Can I update my résumé after I purchase it?
  Yes. If you purchase the "editable version / Web hosted" upgrade you will be able to edit your résumé an unlimited number of times, which includes any text changes, template design changes, music tracks, or attachments. We will also host your Flash résumé on our Website for a year. This will allow you to provide employers with a link to your Flash résumé that they can view at anytime.
• I just ordered the "download" plus "editable / Web hosted upgrade", what can I change?
  You can change everything about your résumé except your first and last names and the category named Attachments.
• How do I go back and edit my résumé?
  You will receive an email with a subject heading "Your WOWresume.com Order" which includes instructions on how to access your résumé. This includes your password and email address. When you are ready to edit your résumé, just come back to WOWresume.com and log in with your password and email address.
• How long can I change the editable version that I purchased?
  You can make unlimited changes (including any text, design and music changes) for 1 year.
